      A summary update of projects and repairs will be given with photographs of the respective areas – covering the Heating, Bells etc, the South Aisle roof and other projects for which contributions have been approved.

   2. Authority to make disbursements

      No further requests are to be made this year; in 2015 a contribution of up to £10,000 was agreed towards the cost of re-roofing the South Aisle subject to retaining £5,000 of funds for emergencies.
