Vauxhall Male Voice Choir’s concert was very well supported with over 70 people in attendance. The choir was established in 1943 but these days, with the demise of car manufacture at Luton, few members work in the remaining van factory. The material ranged from Men of Harlech to a Selection from Jesus Christ, Superstar with a selction of violin solos as well. Our thanks go to TTP for fully sponsoring the event which enabled the Friends to make an excellent profit.
